DIOXINS IN US FOOD SUPPLY AND HUMAN EXPOSURE
The following two URLs provide access to the US Environmental Protection Agency's dioxin reassessment. The access points describe dioxin contamination of the US food supply and human exposure, which takes place predominantly via consumption of animal fat foods: dairy products, meats and eggs.
